Sticky Notes: tOGGLE cAPITALS

Frankly I’m not too clear on how they do this.

I know what they do.

Select some text and use Ctrl+Shift+A; you’ll see all the alphabetic characters switch into capitals, upper-case mode.

So far so good. We have capitalizes all the alphabetic characters.

Use Ctrl+Shift+A a second time on the same selection and you’ll see all the alphabetic characters revert back to their original state!

They don’t all go lower-case. Only the ones that were originally lower-case switch back to lower-case. The letters that were originally upper-case remain in upper-case.

I’m going to think about implementing this myself ...
