Sticky Notes: Bullet list: Ctrl+Shift+L

Ctrl+Shift+L(ist!) will send the current paragraph into a new mode of bulleting.

Starting with a regular small filled-in-circle bullet, you’ll cycle through Arabic numerals, lower-case letters, upper-case letters, lower-roman numerals and upper-roman numerals before landing back at no-bullets (or non-list, if you prepare).

Including the original non-bulleted style, that makes SEVEN stops around the carousel, so if you go too far in your use of Ctrl-Shift-L, continue six more times to go around again to where you want to be.
