Donut Bags

I know you hang on to every donut bag within arm’s reach and re-use them as sandwich bags (brown-bag lunch) or for home-made cookies on car trips.

My friend and neighbor has lent me her car while she is away in Copenhagen for a week. What a sweet lady!

First thing I want to do is remove the dangling yellow daffodil from the rear-view mirror and swap her CD’s and cassette tapes for a MUCH better range of music (grin!).

Donut bags are ideal for compartmentalizing (can I say that?) the odds and ends from various areas of the car, so I can smoothly put everything back in its right place minutes before I hand over the car a week from now.

That’s the stalk of the daffodil in the top bag in the company of an ice-scraper, the audio manual etc. One bag holds cassette tapes from the right-hand console, one holds CDs from the left-hand console. The fourth bag holds the tablet pouch and a plug-in adapter that I’m unsure of.
