Coffee-pot

I tried steaming rice in the drip coffee-maker; cracked the base of the jug.

So I used a small dab of epoxy-resin ($1.99 at the Dollar $tore) and smeared it over the crack, inside and out.

Left it to cure for a week (a.k.a. procrastination), then filled it with soil. It will raise a crop of Succulents.

Meanwhile, back at the ranch …

I have bits and pieces of drip coffee-makers in the shed. I brought in a jug. Black handle, but I don’t care. New drip coffee-makers start at $30 at Canadian Tyre in Clarenville.

Here is the old jug with a yellowish smear across the base.

I ended up placing my green funnel from the previous configuration inside a clear funnel.

The green funnel is from a pop bottle, the rectangular funnel is from a fruit-juice bottle. A Second Use For Everything!
