ALT-TAB to Switch Between Applications
There is no need to continually close and re-open applications.
Open your document, open your workbook, open your mail program.
To read, copy or paste between them, hold down the ALT key, and tap the TAB key repeatedly.
Let go both keys when your carousel has reached the application you wish to use.
Remember that we can SHIFT into reverse gear, so while holding down the Alt key, use SHIFT-TAB to go backwards on the carousel.
