Proper Title

This macro does a much better job of Title Case than Microsoft.
Microsoft’s effort (Format, change casE,…) assigns an upper-case letter to every word in the selection.
My macro leaves common short words (to, and, a, the etc) in lower-case.
Unless those words were already capitalized.
Pretty smart, eh?
