The jury is still out on this one. I suspect it is useless, but if sure does feel good.
PageDefrag from Microsoft uses advanced techniques to provide you what commercial defragmenters cannot: the ability for you to see how fragmented your paging files and Registry hives are, and to de-fragment them.
The best thing is you can set it up to clean up your paging files and registry at re-boot time, and it takes about 3 seconds. Done! While you are still walking towards the coffee-pot.
