For anyone contemplating travel to Australia from Canada, whether for business or pleasure, these ideas based on my 25 years working in Australia and my 25 years spent working in Canada discuss, from basic principles, why you won’t have a struggle and, in many cases, why you will be surprised at just how easy it all is.

Yes, there is a 12-hour time difference between Toronto and Perth, and yes, there is a different climate, but only the latitude of the two cities makes any difference at all, and it is a pleasant difference.
