Many entrepreneurs struggle to land the fish.
I believe that the time spent in specifying acceptance tests between the consultant and the client are well-spent since the properly designed acceptance test becomes the contractual definition of when the client will hand the cheque to the consultant – by the client’s own agreement!
I cover the steps that we take from the initial telephone or email inquiry from the client right up to delivery of the cheque.
