For those of you who have by now successfully tweaked your constraints, I am pleased to announce a second service, same data base, same driver etc.

This service delivers news items related to your EXISTING prospect/client database.

In the example at the foot of this page you can see that I have asked (in a different format from the original service) to be notified if any of my current clients or prospects appears in the news.

Today (Tuesday, October 20, 2009) I was informed of 6 such articles that appeared in yesterday's (Monday, October 19, 2009) news on Canada News Wire.

You might want to use items about your clients (or competitors!) as you wish.

"Gee, Ken; I'm sorry to hear that your office burned down", "Harold, congratulations on your appointment as head of blah; David Sappleton will be in touch with you, I'm sure; he and I …"

Also good to know when a contact has left the firm, so you can slip right in to the new hire before anyone else gets close.
