This little strip of houses – on Manning north of Lennox if memory serves me well – are an example of what can be done when an older area of Toronto is Gentrified.
The brickwork is new. Whether the original houses were Demolished and Rebuilt, or whether only the façade was re-laid I don’t know.
I do know that for all that they are new they fit very well in the surroundings and maintain the pleasing and pleasant character of the neighbourhood.
What do I know about Solar Panels, right?
Well, I had always thought that they should be Aligned to face the sun.
This set faces north, if only because they are installed on the North Side of the building.
I wonder why this is installed this way. Why not spring for an extra ten feet of Cable and Install the Panel on the top of the building?
