Running Slower - Ham Actors
MSOffice's other brain-dead idea.
Within Windows Explorer, locate your installation of MSOffice, and within there locate the folder "Actors". Rename this folder to be "HamActors".
Exit and restart your computer.
Run like this for a few days to see if it makes any difference.
