Running Slower - EasyCleaner
Go to http://www.toniarts.com/ and download EasyCleaner.
EasyCleaner is a small program which searches Windows' registry for entries which point to files that no longer exist.
Choose the CleanRegistry button, choose Find, choose SelectAll, choose Delete.
Exit and restart your computer.
Run like this for a few days to see if it makes any difference.
