My Monitor has gone all Fuzzy

Your monitor was fine last night; this morning every character seems to have a series of diminishing echo images behind it.
Possible Cause1:
Remember Campbell's Law: Eighty-three percent of the time, it's the cable.
Re-seat the video cable at the monitor end and at the computer end.
If like me you use a KVM switch, reseat the plugs all the way from the back of the monitor to the computer
