Making The Macro Library Available
You will want to compile your library template Under001.XLS to an XLA form using the File, saveAs command.
This will cause to be stored in your AddIns folder a version of the file known as Under001.XLA.
Exit Excel, saving your work, then reload your work.
You will probably need to finish installation by choosing Tools, AddIns, and checking ON the box alongside your macro library template.
With that in place, make sure your toolbar is visible (View, toolbars, ...) and you are set to go.
